Hitone Noma who loved fishing and the sea

Hitone Noma loved fishing and the sea. Even after moving to Tokyo, he continued to paint his hometown and the Seto Inland Sea. He used to go to Sotobo in Chiba Prefecture for sketching and fishing. He settled at Ezawakan hotel which was built on the edge of Futomi Beach. His humorous and friendly personality is well represented in his book, "Donma Sensei Fishing Diary".
